Meet Stephen Sarrouf,
Owner & General Manager
Stephen Sarrouf is a Master’s graduate of Entrepreneurial Studies from Northeastern University, with an undergraduate degree in management and entrepreneurship from UMass Lowell. He has specialized and studied in new business development, event management, and audience immersion and engagement.
As a Lebanese-American, he grew up with food being a central part of his culture and life.
“Some of my favorite memories were at a table eating mediterranean food with family and friends. As I got older, I started to realize how difficult it was to find grab-and-go food that was as tasteful, vibrant, and healthy.”
He now strives to curate food that brings friends and family together the way it did for his family. The physical space of the cafe was also a very important aspect for Stephen.
“We’re creating a welcoming and calming environment for people to sit and relax while eating. This will be a spot you won't want to leave and can’t wait to come back.”
Favorite Menu Item:
Lavish bowl (it has my grandmother’s tabbouleh in it) and a Pure Honey Latte
Hobbies:
You can catch me playing beach volleyball, tennis, or surfing when the weather is warm. If you know me, you know I love a good concert or going to see local and Broadway theatre! And finally, my labor of love, working with my Fitness For a Cure team.
What they love to watch or read:
I swear someone said, let’s make Stephen’s perfect show, and Stranger Things was made. Movies I am all over the place but Jaws and Jurassic Park are my favorites. For books, anything with a good murder.
